RETURNS POLICY:

Goods can be returnedwithin 14 days of purchase.

Step1. email us within 5 days of receipt of goods,to inform us of your wish to return item.

Items being returned are at your expense,we are not liable for any goods going missing in the post,therefore we suggest you send either recorded or special delivery.

Step2.Return items within a further 9 days from email confirmation.

Items be exchanged for size difference or another item to the same value,if you require a refund,we require items to be returned in a re sellable condition,still bagged or tagged free from burns,stains(makeup)smoke smells,unworn.Failure to comply may result in a restocking fee,(varying on condition)or no refund.

For obviuos reasons we do not refund on underwear!
